I have had the excellent service of Larry as my representative for Diabetes Specialty Supply. RECENTLY, he assisted in the transfer from DexcomG6 to G7. He communicated with my endocronologist staff for documentation and communicated each step to me to receive my supplies. Larry is professional, effective, and timely. It was a hard change for me personally. but his research, instruction, and patience proved successful. He stayed with me throughout the entire process taking everyone of my calls and updating me on all processes. Today I receive delivery of my supplies. I am grateful for his tenacity and understanding.

I have to share my experience with TX residence. I had the best experience ever with this company in regard to needing my supplies sooner than the time they were set to be delivered. I called the company spoke with the manager Michelle and explained what happened to cause me to need my supplies urgently and when I tell you she went above and beyond for me, she went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. The issue I had was not on the company by no means. Yet Michelle took the time out of her day to do a special delivery to me so I wouldn’t have to go a few more days without my order. I’m so thankful and grateful for Michelle as well as this company. I truly appreciate their caring customer service.

Unable to supply necessary diabetes prescription as prescribed. DDS failed to ship sensors as per their own telephone notification. When I called about not receiving my scheduled shipment, I was told they had a “Problem” with my paperwork and they had no idea of where they were in solving Their problem. Failed to communicate anything to me. Not reliable as a medical supplier nor had any concern about medical health issues they create for you as a patient. Lie to you as a patient & lied to me about difficulty in contacting my doctor. I was able to speak to my doctor’s medical assistant within 10 minutes after speaking with DSS. Find another diabetes supplier if value your health. DSS doesn’t care…. UPGRADInG…. my previous review from 1 Star to 5 Star. DSS owner contacted me directly within 2 hours of my posting. Got the facts and my view of the situation and resolved my issues. He explained situation as new Medicare rules, my diabetes doctor’s office rules and his own staff errors all converging at once. Apologized for his staff and had sensors delivered overnite. My crisis fully resolved very professionally & with quick results. I would recommend DSS services at this point. Their management is certainly paying attention to details.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Larry Caraig today sadly to give them the news that I would not be using them as a supplier any more. But wait!! The reason for that was that because of my new medical plan they fell outside the PPO.
Larry Caraig is IMO one of, if not, the best individuals I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with. Larry has, for over four months, done everything in his power and resources to work with my new medical plan. He has sent countless letters, from requesting a waiver, to appeals, to whatever he could to get me to stay with the supplier I have been working with for over three years. All to no avail but not because of anything he did.
For the past three years I have had nothing but excellent service from all the people I came in contact with. My orders were always refilled on time, always received either calls or reminders that it was time to get my next refill going. And, would always get my order within five workdays from the day of the call.
This is a superb supplier and anyone that is looking for one, this is the one. You will not regret is for one second.
Larry, from the bottom of my heart, I THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR ME. Keep up the excellent work, you will go far in this industry and I see management in your future.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Larry Caraig. Larry’s professional attitude and work ethic is amazing.
Each and every time I speak with Larry, from ordering to any kind of problem, Larry finds a solution.
Just like today, UPS has lost my supplies, yes I spoke with UPS who basically said ” Sorry, just reorder them.” Not so easy when you use insurance to order supplies. Larry came up with a partical solution for now, found me a meter to use until hopefully, mine come in ten days from now. And when the Drs notes don’t arrive in time for renewal, Larry keeps contacting the office until he gets them to semd the order.
Larry, thank you so much for all the hard work you do. And it’s always, always a pleasure to speak with you on the phone.

I’m loving this company, I was with a different company before that left me confused and was late on deliveries regularly.
