I have had a very positive experience with DSS. As all diabetics, I have gotten in a bind, more than once , and the company has covered my every need promptly . Supplies arrived on time and are always the right thing. I have had diabetes so long, I have used companies in several states, and I can say Diabetes Specialty Supply is the best!

I have to share my experience with TX residence. I had the best experience ever with this company in regard to needing my supplies sooner than the time they were set to be delivered. I called the company spoke with the manager Michelle and explained what happened to cause me to need my supplies urgently and when I tell you she went above and beyond for me, she went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. The issue I had was not on the company by no means. Yet Michelle took the time out of her day to do a special delivery to me so I wouldn’t have to go a few more days without my order. I’m so thankful and grateful for Michelle as well as this company. I truly appreciate their caring customer service.

I’ve been a patient of DSS for several years now and wouldn’t get my diabetic supplies from anywhere else. Their very friendly customer service goes above and beyond answering any questions I may have and makes sure I get my supplies needed as quickly as possible. Unable to supply necessary diabetes prescription as prescribed. DDS failed to ship sensors as per their own telephone notification. When I called about not receiving my scheduled shipment, I was told they had a “Problem” with my paperwork and they had no idea of where they were in solving Their problem. Failed to communicate anything to me. Not reliable as a medical supplier nor had any concern about medical health issues they create for you as a patient. Lie to you as a patient & lied to me about difficulty in contacting my doctor. I was able to speak to my doctor’s medical assistant within 10 minutes after speaking with DSS. Find another diabetes supplier if value your health. DSS doesn’t care…. UPGRADInG…. my previous review from 1 Star to 5 Star. DSS owner contacted me directly within 2 hours of my posting. Got the facts and my view of the situation and resolved my issues. He explained situation as new Medicare rules, my diabetes doctor’s office rules and his own staff errors all converging at once. Apologized for his staff and had sensors delivered overnite. My crisis fully resolved very professionally & with quick results. I would recommend DSS services at this point. Their management is certainly paying attention to details.
